For middle and high school parents: The Northbridge Public School District has been working with the Uxbridge School District and Family Continuity Program to develop a School-Based Mental Health Program at Northbridge High School. This program would allow parents to sign up their high school students to receive in-school counseling services. We eventually hope to also develop a School-Based Health Center that would provide simple medical services to high school students. We are surveying parents to document the need for these two services as part of our grant process. This short survey can be accessed using the Link below.
Please complete this survey by Wednesday, May 15th. If you have any questions, please contact me at the administration building. The survey is completely confidential. Thank you for your help.

The spring 2013 issue of the Nurse's newsletter was released on April 2, 2013. This newsletter was developed by the school nurses in Northbridge to highlight topics on interest to students and parents/guardians.
The nurses will be measuring height and weight in grades 1, 4, 7, and 10. If you would like to have your child excluded from the Body Mass Index letter, please let your school nurse know in writing.
In keeping with our responsibilities under the federal No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB), “report cards” for our district and each school have been prepared
